The purchase that I am now making from you, as well as all purchases in the future, are products that I am buying for resale purposes. As such, I am a non-exclusive dealer of your products,
I understand the following policy applies to any product that a customer of mine wishes to return under the "dealer's 4 month money back guarantee" that comes with the Gasaver.
1. Upon his returning the unused portion of the kit to me, and his submitting to me his proof of purchase, that he bought the product from me during the previous four months, I will refund to that customer his purchase price.
2. Upon my sending to you, National Fuelsaver Corp., the unused portion of the kit, the customer's proof of purchase, and proof that I have refunded his money to him, you will send to me a brand new kit to replace the returned one, In this manner, I may lose the sale but I will not lose the brand new kit that I paid for,
3. I understand that while you, National Fuelsaver Corp. do not buy back product from dealers, you do not want your dealers to lose the value of what they paid for.
