Dear Mr. Antonovich, Sheriff Block and Mr. Stewart:

At the press conference on June 6, 1989, Holmes Narver Services, Inc. was asked to monitor the emission control tests conducted by Technologies, Ltd. The results of the tests are contained in Attachment A. Attachment B outlines the specific percentage reductions for all tested areas. Attachment C compares buses that do not have the platinum device with buses that have the device. The control buses were chosen because of like service, similar history, and like bus type.
